How do I manage clock-in portals? (Mobile)

Sure, getting employees to clock in and out on their phones can be convenient if they're working remotely, but sometimes there's just no substitute for a good old-fashioned clock-in station.
Set up your clock-in portal and run it on any device with an up-to-date browser and halfway decent internet connection, then watch as your team clock in and with their unique PINs

  1. Head over to the settings page by clicking on the 'More' button at the bottom of your screen and selecting 'Company Settings' from the list.  
  2. Open the Time and Attendance dropdown and select 'Clock-In Portals' tab.
  3. Here you'll see any portals that are already set up for your account. 
    1. To add more portals click the plus icon in the top right and enter a name for the portal, then select any locations that the portal should be able to be used at.
    2. To edit or delete an existing portal click on the listing. You'll then be able to change the location details or delete it altogether.
