How do I manage clock-in portals? (Desktop)

Sure, getting employees to clock in and out on their phones can be convenient if they're working remotely, but sometimes there's just no substitute for a good old-fashioned clock-in station. Set up your clock-in portal and run it on any device with an up-to-date browser and halfway decent internet connection, then watch as your team clock in and with their unique PINs.

1. Head over to the settings page by clicking on the cog icon at the bottom left of your screen.

2. Select the 'Clock-In Portals' tab under the Time and Attendance heading on the left of the screen.

3. Here you'll see any portals that are already set up for your account.

a. To add more portals click the 'Add Clock-In Portal' button in the top right and enter a name for the portal, then select any locations that the portal should be able to be used at.

b. To edit an existing portal click the three dots to the right of the listing and select 'Edit'. Here you can update the name and locations tied to the portal.

c. To delete an existing portal click the three dots to the right of the listing and select 'Delete'.
