How do I view my leave? (Mobile)

Modified on Fri, 22 Dec, 2023 at 1:49 PM

Knowing how much leave you've taken and how much you have left to take is fairly essential, especially if you're dreaming about a holiday (and let's face it, who isn't?).

  1. Head over to your profile by clicking the person icon at the top of your screen and selecting Leave.

Overview

The totals at the top of the screen give you an overview of your leave. Here you can see your annual leave allowance (if relevant), how many days you've booked and taken so far, and how many days of annual leave you have remaining.

Requested Tab

The requested tab is the default view. Here you'll see any leave that you've requested but haven't yet taken. You'll be able to see whether the leave request is waiting for a response from your boss, or if it has been approved (in which case it will be displaying a green tick) or rejected (in which case it will show a red cross).

Taken Tab

Once the start date of the leave has passed the record will move into the taken tab instead. You'll still be able to see all the info which you'd find in the requested tab, but it will be neatly filed away so that you can concentrate on your upcoming leave (or depressing lack thereof) instead.

Adjustments Tab

In a shocking twist, the adjustments tab shows adjustments. Specifically, those which have been made to your leave allowance. Here you can see how many days (if any) have been added or removed, who made the change, when they made the change, and the reason, if they've given one.

Can't find this? This feature will only work if it's enabled in your company settings, so if it's not showing you might need to talk to the account holder.
