Can't find this? This feature will only work if it's enabled in your company settings, so if it's not showing you might need to talk to the account holder.
Changed your mind about the leave you've booked? Well, you've come to the right place.
- Head over to your profile by clicking the person icon at the top of your screen and selecting Leave from the menu.
- Find the record which you want to update and click on it to open.
- If the leave is still pending approval you'll be able to choose to either update the details and click the 'Edit' button to save or to click the 'Delete' button below it to delete it entirely.
- If the leave has already been approved you'll need to request to cancel the leave by clicking the 'Delete' button at the bottom of the page. The request will be sent to your holiday approver and once they've responded you'll be able to add a new leave request with the updated details.
- If the leave has been denied you won't be able to edit or cancel it; instead, you'll need to add a new leave request.
