Changed your mind about the leave you've booked? Well, you've come to the right place.
- Head over to your profile by clicking the person icon at the top of your screen and selecting Leave from the menu.
- Find the record which you want to update and click on it to open.
- If the leave has been approved you'll need to request to cancel the leave by clicking on it and selecting the 'Delete' option. The deletion request will be sent to your holiday approver and once they've responded you'll be able to add a new leave request with the updated details.
- If the leave has been denied or is still pending you won't be able to edit or cancel it; instead, you'll need to add a new leave request.
- If the leave has been approved you'll need to request to cancel the leave by clicking on it and selecting the 'Delete' option. The deletion request will be sent to your holiday approver and once they've responded you'll be able to add a new leave request with the updated details.
Can't find this? This feature will only work if it's enabled in your company settings, so if it's not showing you might need to talk to the account holder.
