Modified on Fri, 8 Dec, 2023 at 5:14 PM

Are there any shifts that you schedule over and over and over again until you want to scream? Good news! If you set up a template then we can do the hard work for you. When you create a new shift you'll be able to choose a template to automatically populate the fields with the relevant information.

  1. Head over to the settings page by clicking on the cog icon at the bottom left of your screen.
  2. Choose the 'Shift Templates' tab on the left of the screen.
  3. Here you'll see any shift templates that have already been set up for your account.
    1. To add more templates click the 'Add Shift Template' button in the top right and fill the form out, then save. You can also save custom shifts as shift templates when adding them to the schedule.
    2. To edit an existing template click the three dots to the right of the listing and select 'Edit'.
    3. To delete an existing template click the three dots to the right of the listing and select 'Delete'.
