*Line Managers will be able to edit sickness logs for their employees regardless of their permission level
Need to update an existing sickness record for an employee? No problem.
- Head over to the team page by clicking on the 'Team' icon on the left of your screen.
- Find the team member you need to edit, either by scrolling through the list or using the magnifying glass button at the top of the screen to search, then click on them to open their profile.
- Click the 'Sickness' tab on the left of the screen.
- Select the 'Ongoing' or 'Taken' tab as appropriate and scroll through the list to find the relevant record. Once you've found it, click the 'Edit' button to the right of it.
- Update the form as needed, to reflect the new details.
- Once you're happy with the record click to confirm at the bottom of the form.
