*Line Managers will be able to close sickness logs for their employees regardless of their permission level
Hooray, your employee has returned from sick leave! Assuming you created a sickness record for them in the first place, that probably means you'll want to record that they're back and fighting fit (or back and wishing they weren't, one or the other).
- Head over to the team page by clicking on the 'Team' icon on the left of your screen.
- Find the team member you need to edit, either by scrolling through the list or using the magnifying glass button at the top of the screen to search, then click on them to open their profile.
- Click the 'Sickness' tab on the left of the screen.
- The ongoing record should show here; click the 'Edit' button to the right of the record.
- Fill out the form with the date of the final day on which the employee was on sick leave, and whether they stayed off sick throughout the day or if they returned in the afternoon.
- Once you're happy with the record click to confirm at the bottom of the form.
