How do I cancel an employee's unavailability? (Mobile)

*Line Managers will be able to view availability for their own employees, regardless of their permission level

Need to update an employee's availability when they're not around to do it themselves? Not a problem. Just want to delete all of their unavailability so that they have to work constantly? Morally somewhat more of a problem, but thankfully yours, not ours.

  1. Head over to the team page by clicking on the 'More' button at the bottom of your screen and choosing 'Team' from the menu.
  2. Find the team member, either by scrolling through the list or using the search bar at the top of the screen.
  3. Once you've found the team member click on them and then choose Unavailability from the list.
  4. The Unavailability page will open, showing you any dates when the employee is either marked as unavailable or has booked leave.
  5. Click on the availability record that you want to update and select to remove the unavailability. Once that's done you can add any new records as needed.
