Knowing whether your employees have shown up for their shifts, when they showed up, and whether they've left yet, can be key to managing your schedule on the day. Luckily, we've got an entire page dedicated to showing just that.
Head over to the time clock page by clicking on the 'Time Clock' button at the bottom of your screen. Here you'll see a list of the employees who are scheduled to work today, as well as anyone who wasn't scheduled but is working anyway. Each employee will have a status to show whether they're currently working, on break, finished, or just never showed up. If you click into one of the records you'll be able to see the times that they clocked in and out, too. Snazzy, that.
If you have System Manager or Full Access permissions you can also clock employees in and out for their shifts, log absences for employees who haven't shown up, and contact individuals, all by clicking the three dots to the right of their shift listing.
