Knowing whether your employees have shown up for their shifts, when they showed up, and whether they've left yet, can be key to managing your schedule on the day. Luckily, we've got an entire page dedicated to showing just that.
Head over to the time clock by clicking on the 'Time Clock' clock icon on the left of your screen. Here you'll see a list of the employees who are scheduled to work today, as well as anyone who wasn't scheduled but is working anyway. Each employee will have a status to show whether they're currently working, late, on break, finished, or just never showed up. You'll be able to see the times that they were scheduled for too, as well as the times they actually clocked in and out, and the difference between the two. Snazzy, that.
If you have System Manager or Full Access permissions you can also clock employees in and out for their shifts, log absences for employees who haven't shown up, and contact individuals, all by clicking the three dots to the right of their shift listing.
You can also filter the employee list, using the search bar and the job role and location buttons at the top of the screen.
