Gone to all the trouble of exporting your timesheets only to find that something needs changing? We've got you.

  1. Head over to the timesheets page by clicking on the 'Timesheets' button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Use the date selector at the top of the page to select the correct date range. To move to the date range immediately before or after the one you're viewing click the little left/right arrows on either side of the date range display in the top right of the screen.
    1. To choose a specific date range click on the date range itself and select a day that sits within your required date range from the mini calendar that pops up.
  3. Once you're viewing the correct date range, search for the employee whose timesheet you need to change by scrolling through the list or using the search bar at the top of the screen.
  4. Click on the relevant employee to view their time entries for the selected period.
  5. Here you'll see time entries for all of the shifts that the employee was scheduled for, as well as any unscheduled or in-progress shifts. To make changes to the clock in and out times select the relevant entry and click the 'Unlock Timesheet' button at the bottom of the screen.
A pop-up will appear, asking if you're sure that you want to unlock the entry. If you agree we'll log that you made the change, just in case you or a colleague need to refer back to it in the future.
  6. The time entry will unlock and you'll be able to make any necessary changes. Once you confirm the timesheet again it will re-lock.
