It's all well and good assigning shifts to your team, but if you can't see if they showed up then you're back to square one. Instead, amuse yourself by reviewing their time entries to see exactly when they clocked in and out to figure out how much to pay them. It doesn't get wilder than this.

  1. Head over to the timesheets page by clicking on the 'Timesheets' button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Use the date selector at the top of the page to select the correct date range. To move to the date range immediately before or after the one you're viewing click the little left/right arrows on either side of the date range display at the top of the screen.
    1. To choose a specific date range click on the date range itself and select a day that sits within your required date range from the calendar that pops up.
  3. Once you're viewing the correct date range, search for the employee whose timesheet you want to review by scrolling through the list or using the search bar at the top of the screen or the filter icon at the top left of the screen.
  4. Click on the relevant employee to view their time entries for the selected period.
  5. Here you'll see time entries for all of the shifts that the employee was scheduled for, as well as any unscheduled and in-progress shifts. Select an entry to review the hours that they worked, the length of time they were supposed to have worked and how this compares to the reality, and any general shift details tied to the record.
  6. If you need to make any changes to the date, clock in and out times, or break length you can edit them here by clicking on the arrow beneath the current record and updating the details. To change the job role you'll just need to click on the job role dropdown and select the correct role.
  7. Once you're happy that the entry you're viewing is accurate, click the 'Confirm Time Entry' button at the bottom of the screen. The entry will be locked for editing so that you can't change anything by accident; if you do decide to make any changes you'll need to unlock it before you can do so.
