How do I add an unscheduled time entry for an employee? (Mobile)

No matter how carefully you plan your schedule there's always a chance that you'll occasionally need to pull someone in to work an unexpected shift at the last minute. If you do, it's probably a good idea to add a time entry for them or to ask them to create one themselves, rather than hoping that they'll work for free. We like your optimism though.


  1. Head over to the timesheets page by clicking on the Timesheets button at the bottom of your screen. 
  2. Click the plus icon at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select the employee from the form dropdown and fill out the details of the shift that they worked.
  4. Click 'Add Time Entry' to confirm.
