Filtering the schedule by job roles, tags, or attributes can save you from scrolling through endless shifts looking for the one you need, which is handy. Unless you were using that as a procrastination tool. In which case, you didn't hear this from us.
- Head over to the scheduling page by clicking on the 'Schedule' calendar icon on the left of your screen. You'll default to the week view, but you can change view if you want to.
- Click the 'Filter' button on the right of the screen to view the schedule menu.
- Select the job roles and tags that you want to view, then click into the Employee Filters tab to select relevant attributes (you can ignore any of these if they aren't relevant). The schedule will update accordingly, greying out shifts that don't meet the criteria so that you can clearly see those that do.
