Filtering the schedule by job roles, tags, groups, attributes, or status can save you from scrolling through endless shifts looking for the one you need, which is handy. Unless you were using that as a procrastination tool. In which case, you didn't hear this from us.
- Head over to the scheduling page by clicking on the 'Schedule' calendar icon on the left of your screen. You'll default to the week view, but you can change view if you want to.
- Click the filter icon on the left of the screen to view the filter menu.
- Select job roles and tags under the Shift Filters tab, and groups, attributes, and employee statuses in the Employee Filters tab (or ignore one or the other if they're not relevant). The schedule will update accordingly, greying out shifts that don't meet the criteria so that you can clearly see those that do and displaying your selected filters at the top of the screen.
