If you use the schedule in week view you can choose whether shifts are grouped by employee or by job role, to make sure that the schedule is always in the format most useful to you.
- Head over to the scheduling page by clicking on the 'Scheduling' calendar icon on the left of your screen. You'll need to make sure that you're viewing in week view.
- Click the 'View' dropdown at the top of the page.
- Select Job Role from the 'Group by' menu. The schedule will immediately update to display with the new grouping.
