How do I manage employee attributes? (Mobile)

Fed up of struggling to find the right person to work a particular shift? Whether you're looking for someone who has the necessary language skills to provide a guided tour to a German-speaking group or just need to be confident that the person you assign to clear out the warehouse isn't going to run screaming if they encounter a spider, employee attributes are for you.


  1. Head over to the settings page by clicking on the 'More' button at the bottom of your screen and selecting 'Company Settings' from the list. 
  2. Open the Team dropdown and select the 'Employee Attributes' tab.
  3. Here you'll see any attributes that have already been created.  
    1. Add new attributes by clicking the plus icon at the top of the page. Enter the attribute name, then Save. The attribute will then be available to be assigned to employees as needed. 
    2. To edit or delete an existing document click on the record and either change the name or delete as needed.
