How do I manage employee attributes? (Desktop)

Fed up with struggling to find the right person to work a particular shift? Whether you're looking for someone who has the necessary language skills to provide a guided tour to a German-speaking group or just need to be confident that the person you assign to clear out the warehouse isn't going to run screaming if they encounter a spider, employee attributes are for you.


  1. Head over to the settings page by clicking on the cog icon at the bottom left of your screen.
  2. Select the 'Employee Attributes' tab under the Team heading on the left of the screen.
  3. Here you'll see any attributes that have already been created.


    1. Add new attributes by clicking the 'Add Employee Attribute' button at the top of the page. Enter the attribute name, then Save. The attribute will then be available to be assigned to employees as needed.
    2. To edit an existing attribute click the three dots to the right of the listing and select 'Edit'.
    3. To delete an existing attribute click the three dots to the right of the listing and select 'Delete'.
