How do I manage shift tags? (Desktop)

Modified on Fri, 8 Dec, 2023 at 5:23 PM

Got a passion for excessive organisation? No problem. Just create a tag, be it ‘Till 12’, ‘Fruit and Veg Aisle’, or ‘Dodgems’ (preferably Dodgems) and assign it to any relevant shifts so that team members know exactly what a shift involves.

  1. Head over to the settings page by clicking on the cog icon at the bottom left of your screen.
  2. Select the 'Shift Tags' tab under the Scheduling heading on the left of the screen.
  3. Here you'll see any tags that have already been set up for your account.

    1. To add more tags click the 'Add Tag' button in the top right, enter the tag name and choose whether it should be visible to your employees or if it should only show for managers, then save.
    2. To edit an existing tag click the three dots to the right of the listing and select 'Edit'.
    3. To delete an existing tag click the three dots to the right of the listing and select 'Delete'.
