How do I change an employee's pay rates? (Mobile)

Modified on Wed, 29 Nov 2023 at 12:13 PM

You can set and amend an employee's pay rate so that your schedule reflects accurate shift costs. You can also set different default pay rates for their different roles to make payroll a little less painful.

  1. Head over to the team page by clicking on the 'More' button at the bottom of your screen and selecting 'Team' from the menu.
  2. Find the team member, either by scrolling through the list or using the search bar at the top of the screen.
  3. Once you've found the team member click on their name. This will open their profile.
  4. Scroll down and choose 'Wage & Salary' from the list.
  5. Here you'll see the employee's base hourly rate - you can change this as needed and click 'Save Details' at the bottom of the screen when done.
  6. If the employee performs different roles across different shifts you can set different pay rates per job role. Set the hourly rate for any job type that has different pay from the base rate and click 'Save Details' at the bottom of the screen when done.
