How do I view the change history for a shift? (Mobile)

Modified on Tue, 21 Nov 2023 at 03:42 PM

Keeping track of shift changes can be tricky, especially if you're not the only one managing a schedule. If you regularly find yourself frowning at shifts, certain that you'd set them up differently and wondering if you're losing your mind, then being able to view any changes that have taken place can be a lifesaver.

  1. Head over to the scheduling page by clicking on the 'Schedule' button at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Select the All Shifts tab, then find the shift that you want to edit, using the date arrows at the top of the screen if the right day isn't displaying.
  3. Click on the shift and choose 'Edit Shift' if it's in the future or 'Shift Summary' if it's in the past.
  4. Click the Rewind button in the top right of the screen. If any changes have been made to the shift since it was created they will show here. You'll be able to see what the changes were, and who made them.
