How do I view the change history for a shift? (Desktop)

Modified on Tue, 21 Nov, 2023 at 3:41 PM

Keeping track of shift changes can be tricky, especially if you're not the only one managing a schedule. If you regularly find yourself frowning at shifts, certain that you'd set them up differently and wondering if you're losing your mind, then being able to view any changes that have taken place can be a lifesaver.

  1. Head over to the scheduling page by clicking on the 'Schedule' calendar icon on the left of your screen. You'll default to the week view, but you can change view if you want to.
  2. Find the shift that you want to view the history for, using the calendar picker at the top of the screen if the right day isn't displaying, and click on it. Choose 'Edit Shift' from the dropdown for future shifts or 'Shift Summary' for past shifts.
  3. Click the clock icon in the top right of the shift pop-up.
  4. If any changes have been made to the shift since it was created they will show here. You'll be able to see what the changes were, and who made them.
