Push notifications are currently available on Windows and Android devices.

Fed up of receiving emails and texts constantly? Or sick of missing important information because you've forgotten to check the in-app notifications? Either way, it sounds like it's time to update your alert preferences.

  1. Click on your profile picture in the bottom left of the screen, and select 'Notification Preferences' from the list.
  2. Here you can choose whether you want to receive emails, push notifications, SMS notifications, or all three.
    1. Push notifications will only show on devices that you have specifically subscribed. If the device you're using is eligible for push notifications you'll see a 'Subscribe Device' button, alongside any other devices you've already subscribed. Clicking the button will cause your browser to prompt you to allow notifications. Once you've agreed you'll start receiving notifications on your device.
    2. SMS notifications will only be available if your company have enabled them. When they're activated you'll receive an email and a notification on your dashboard prompting you to verify your phone number. Once you've done that you'll be able to start receiving text message alerts.
