How do I enable SMS notifications? (Mobile)

Want to make sure your team never miss another alert? SMS notifications are your friend.


  1. Head over to the settings page by clicking on the 'More' button at the bottom of your screen and selecting 'Company Settings' from the list.
  2. Open the Billing dropdown and select the 'Account Information' tab.
  3. Click the 'Activate SMS Notifications' button and choose how many credits you want to buy.
  4. Once you've confirmed the activation we'll take payment and send an email notification to your team, letting them know that SMS notifications are now available and encouraging them to verify their phone number so that they can start receiving them.
  5. In the meantime, you're going to want to configure your notification settings; you can decide whether your team are allowed to receive SMS notifications for all alert types, or just some of them. By default, Shift and Timeclock notifications will be enabled but you can enable and disable to your heart's content.
  6. Once everything's configured and your team have verified their numbers then they'll be able to receive SMS notifications for any relevant alerts. Happy scheduling!
