How do I change my username? (Desktop)

Want to update the email address you use to log in to Shiftie? Well, look no further! Unless you also want to update the contact details which your boss sees, in which case look here. Spoilsport.

If your user is associated with multiple Workplaces changing the username for one will change it for them all.

1. Click on your profile picture in the bottom left of the screen, and select 'Account Details' from the list.
2. This will open a window allowing you to update your login email. Make any necessary changes and then click to save.
3. A verification email will be sent to the new email address, just to double-check that the email is valid. (Not that we don't trust you not to make a typo or anything. Honest.) Once it arrives you'll need to follow the link in it to confirm the new address, after which your login details will be updated.
