Want to avoid bombarding your team with individual shift notifications while you're creating your schedule? We can't imagine why, but if you really feel that way then being able to publish whole groups of shifts in bulk once you're happy with the schedule may be the way forward.
- Head over to the scheduling page by clicking on the 'Scheduling' button at the bottom of your screen.
- Select the All Shifts tab and click the 'Publish x Shifts' button at the bottom of the page to view the 'Publish Shifts' form. If you don't have any unpublished shifts in your current schedule view then you'll need to either add some unpublished shifts first or navigate to a date range that already has some before you can click the button.
- The Publish Shifts form will let you choose which shifts should be published. You can filter to only publish shifts that fall in a certain date range or are assigned to certain people, groups, job roles, or tags.
- Once you're happy with your selection click the 'Publish' button at the bottom of the screen. Your shifts will publish immediately and your team will be notified.
