Filtering the schedule by job role, tags, group, attributes, or status can save you from scrolling through endless shifts looking for the one you need, which is handy. Unless you were using that as a procrastination tool. In which case, you didn't hear this from us.
- Head over to the scheduling page by clicking on the 'Schedule' button at the bottom of your screen. Select the All Shifts tab.
- Click the filter icon in the top left of the screen to view the filter menu.
- Select job roles and tags under the Shift Filters tab, and groups, attributes, and employee statuses in the Employee Filters tab (or ignore one or the other if they're not relevant) and then click the 'Update' button at the bottom of the screen. The schedule will update accordingly to only show employees and shifts that meet the criteria.
