Employees can update their own details (they do belong to them, after all), but you can update them too if necessary, just in case.
If you want to update an employee's username or password you'll be looking for a long time though; they'll need to update those themselves. Harsh? Yes, but such is life.
- Head over to the team page by clicking on the 'Team' icon on the left of your screen.
- Find the team member you want to view, either by scrolling through the list or using the magnifying glass button at the top of the screen to search, then click on them to open their profile.
- Select the 'Personal Details' tab on the left-hand side of the page.
- The employee's details will display here. Make any necessary changes then click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the screen.
