How do I change which billing plan I'm on? (Mobile)

Please note that it isn't possible to downgrade from a paid plan to the Shiftie Free plan.


Ready to upgrade your plan? To add new and wonderful features, to expand the number of users you can add, and to make our day? We're so glad you asked.
Or you could downgrade instead. Whatever.


  1. Head over to the settings page by clicking on the 'More' button at the bottom of your screen and selecting 'Settings' from the list.
  2. Open the Billing dropdown and select the 'Account Information' tab.
  3. Click the 'View Plans' button at the top of the screen. You'll be shown the plan you're currently on and any plans that you're eligible to move to. You can also use the Monthly/Annual toggle at the top of the screen if you want to view different payment models. 

  4. Click the 'Choose Plan' button to select the plan that you want to move to.
    • If you're upgrading and you've already entered your billing details we'll take it from there. If you're on the free plan we'll ask you to input your details before your plan changes.

    • If you move from a Monthly plan to an Annual plan we'll take the payment immediately. Subsequent plan invoices will be on the anniversary of the plan change, although we'll still bill monthly for any additional users on your account.

    • If you move from an Annual plan to a Monthly plan the billing change won't come into effect until the end of your current billing cycle.

    • If you're downgrading we'll leave you on your current plan until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point the downgrade will come into effect. You can also cancel the downgrade at any time. Can't say fairer than that.
