Scheduled all your shifts to be published at pre-set dates and now can't remember what they were set to? Or, worse, have a horrible feeling that they're due to publish at the wrong time? Fear not, that's why we've got a publishing schedule.
- Head over to the scheduling page by clicking on the 'Scheduling' calendar icon on the left of your screen. You'll default to the week view, but you can change view if you want to.
- Click the spanner icon in the top right of the screen and select 'Publishing Schedule' from the list. You'll only be able to choose this option if you have shifts scheduled to be published.
- Here you can see what's happening when. Click the pencil-in-a-box button next to the publish date to change it, click the view button on the right to see how many of each job role are due to publish in each batch, and click the cancel button if you've changed your mind and don't want to publish at all.
